Cancellation Policy
• No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be allowed to book again.
• Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 25% of the service total.
• 48+ Hour Notice:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged.
